The Maple Street project was a five storey ‘cut & carve’ development in the centre of London (Tottenham Court Road). Hog Group were appointed as the main contractor and took on the project with full design responsibility.
This project included extensive structural works which involved temporarily supporting the structure and turning it through 90 degrees to create the desired layout.
We also hit the targeted credits to achieve the required BREEAM rating of ‘Very Good’.
