St George London had numerious large scale residential developments planned for their site in Wapping and needed somewhere to set up their base of operations. Taking space within some deserted warehouse units on the plot, we were employed to carry out the CAT A/B fit out for their project headquarters
Formally used as a tobacco store in the early 1800’s this historic building is Grade 1 listed.
Once completed, the coordination & planning of a 10 year residential development was ready to be held. The client had modern open open plan office spaces, functional meeting rooms and welfare facilities to ensure all the required comforts were met.
